2. What data we process
Through the contact form on this website we collect the data you provide: name, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry.
In addition, for security reasons and to prevent automated submissions, the system records the IP address from which the form is sent and the page it was sent from.
Please do not include special categories of data in the form (health, ideology, beliefs, sexual life, criminal offences) or confidential documentation. If your enquiry requires it, we will contact you to obtain it through a secure channel.
3. Purpose
To deal with and respond to your enquiry or request for information and, where appropriate, to take the preliminary steps necessary for the possible provision of our professional services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and on the pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (article 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Retention period
Data will be kept while your enquiry is being handled and thereafter for the periods laid down by law in order to address any liabilities. If the enquiry leads to an engagement, retention will be governed by the rules applicable to the professional relationship and by the corresponding limitation periods.
6. Recipients
No data is transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Only the web hosting and email providers necessary for the service to operate have access to the information, acting as processors under the corresponding contract, both located in the European Union.
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is communicated to Google.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to obtain aggregated statistics on how the website is used. This processing is based solely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time and, until you give it, the Google code is not even loaded. It may involve international transfers relying on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details of each cookie, its purpose and its duration are set out in the cookie policy.
7. Professional secrecy
Any information you entrust to us is covered by the duty of professional secrecy imposed on lawyers by the applicable rules, whether or not the engagement is ultimately formalised.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand — by writing to info@alanisyalbaabogados.com or to any of our addresses, providing proof of identity.
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
9. Security and accuracy of the data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Users warrant that the data provided is accurate and undertake to notify us of any changes.
This website is not aimed at children under 14, who should not provide data through the form without the authorisation of their parents or guardians.
